This is American Russian Relief Center's (ARRC) own authorization document.
It is NOT USCIS Form G-28. It is NOT a USCIS submission. It does NOT create
an attorney-client relationship.

  form and supporting documents), incorporated by reference.

PART 3. APPLICANT AUTHORIZATION
  I, the applicant, authorize ARRC to:
    (a) collect, store, and process my information for the purpose of
        evaluating whether ARRC can assist me;
    (b) prepare draft materials and supporting documents on my behalf;
    (c) contact me regarding my intake and any follow-up needs.

  I understand that:
    (1) ARRC is NOT a law firm. ARRC staff are NOT my attorneys.
    (2) Nothing on this site or in this intake constitutes legal advice.
    (3) Final decisions on any immigration status are made exclusively by
        U.S. government authorities (USCIS, DOS, DHS, EOIR).
    (4) ARRC strongly recommends I consult an independent licensed U.S.
        immigration attorney before submitting any official application.
    (5) Submitting any official form to USCIS or other government agency
        is done by me personally or by my attorney — never by ARRC on my
        behalf as a representative.

PART 4. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE — ESIGN CONSENT (15 USC §7001(c))
  I consent to sign and receive records electronically. I confirm that I
  can read PDF files and Russian/English text on the device I am using.
  I understand that I may withdraw consent to electronic delivery at any
  time by writing to [email protected]; withdrawal does not affect the
  validity of records already signed.

PART 5. NO GUARANTEE
  Signing this authorization does not guarantee any outcome. The
  "christian-pacifist legalization quota" referenced by ARRC is an ARRC
  advocacy initiative and is not, as of the date of this form, established
  U.S. immigration law.

By signing below, I acknowledge I have read and understood this document
and authorize ARRC to assist me with my intake as described above.
